Too Many Penalties

One of the things that has annoyed me all season is the NFL's emphasis on contact with wide receivers. What I see happening is teams not being rewarded for making plays, but by drawing calls on defensive backs. IMHO the NFL either needs to pull back on the calls or change the penalty because this is watering the game down.
