Today I happened to check Think Outside's web site and noticed they had a 4.0 version of their Bluetooth keyboard driver. I downloaded and installed it on my iPAQ H6315 with hopes that some of the bugs that affected the keyboard from working with my 6315 were fixed.
So far I am happy to report that appears the bugs are fixed. I can now power off my IPAQ and turn it back on and the keyboard re-establishes a connection.
